Paeds Resus helps hospitals, faith-based facilities, training organizations, universities, networks, and public-health teams choose the right institutional product: ILSP for life-support cohorts, IERS for emergency readiness with ResusGPS and Care Signal, and ICPD for verified professional-development records and reporting. These products can work together, but they are not interchangeable; onboarding does not enroll staff in a course.

Three independent institutional offerings
ILSP, IERS, and ICPD can be purchased separately or combined. None is a prerequisite or component of another. ILSP is KES 10,000 list price; KES 7,000 per provider for institution-paid cohorts. IERS standard pricing is Level 4: KES 200,000; Level 5: KES 350,000; Level 6: KES 600,000. ICPD is priced by staff count: 1–100 staff: KES 1,000/staff; 101–300 staff: KES 900/staff; 301–500 staff: KES 800/staff; 501–1,000 staff: KES 700/staff; 1,001–2,000 staff: KES 600/staff.

What the Hospital ERS includes
IERS is the emergency-readiness product. It connects readiness assessment, ERT design, activation, ResusGPS bedside guidance, Care Signal improvement, evidence, and training decisions. Training follows identified gaps; it is not generic bulk certification where emergency response never improves.

Two ways to train your staff.
Book AHA courses directly for a fixed per-seat price and receive certificates, or use ILSP for Paeds Resus competency-based training through an institution-paid cohort. Successful participants receive a Paeds Resus ILSP completion certificate; this is not an AHA BLS or ACLS provider card. The institutional rate is KES 10,000 list price; KES 7,000 per provider for institution-paid cohorts for managed cohort scheduling, practical assessment tracking, and completion evidence your board or regulator can review.
