Institutional products
Build a facility where readiness, learning, and improvement are visible.
Paeds Resus helps hospitals move beyond disconnected training seats. Choose the institutional product that matches your operational need: ILSP for life-support cohorts, IERS for emergency readiness, and ICPD for continuous professional development.
What do these programme names mean?
NERP
Nurses Emergency Readiness Program
For nurses and nurse leaders.

IERP
Interns Emergency Readiness Program
For medical interns.
Builds a profile-first individual pathway for interns with practical progression and evidence gates.

Organises institution-paid life-support cohorts, delivery, practical assessment, and completion evidence.
IERS
Institutional Emergency Readiness System
For ceos, medical directors, and nursing leadership.
Makes emergency-response roles, readiness evidence, drills, gaps, and corrective actions visible.
ICPD
Institutional Continuous Professional Development
For hr, nursing/medical education, and quality teams.
Records professional-development activity, attendance, targets, certificates, and leadership reports.
Why this matters across your facility
Not a training company. A system that learns.
Your teams may know the protocol and still face variation when the emergency is real. Paeds Resus helps your facility turn readiness into something visible: people know their roles, gaps are recorded, learning is followed through, and each reviewed case helps the next response run better.
One institutional portfolio
Three products. Three clear jobs.
ILSP, IERS, and ICPD are independent offerings. Choose the one your facility needs, or combine them; none is a prerequisite or component of another.
ILSP
Don't wait for the code to find out who's ready.
A managed cohort pathway — training, assessment, and completion evidence your file can actually stand behind. Participants receive a Paeds Resus ILSP completion certificate, not an AHA provider card.
A managed institution-paid cohort pathway for life-support learning, delivery, practical assessment, and completion evidence.
KES 10,000 list price; KES 7,000 per provider for institution-paid cohorts
IERS
Know your hospital is ready before the call comes — and be able to prove it.
Response roles, activation, readiness evidence, and a system that gets better after every case, hospital-wide.
A hospital-wide operating layer for response roles, activation, readiness evidence, equipment gaps, drills, corrective actions, ResusGPS, and Care Signal.
Level 4: KES 200,000; Level 5: KES 350,000; Level 6: KES 600,000
ICPD
Your regulator will ask. Have the answer ready.
Verified attendance, targets, and certificates your leadership team can report on without a scramble.
A managed institutional service for professional-development sessions, verified attendance, targets, certificates, and leadership reporting.
1–100 staff: KES 1,000/staff; 101–300 staff: KES 900/staff; 301–500 staff: KES 800/staff; 501–1,000 staff: KES 700/staff; 1,001–2,000 staff: KES 600/staff
ILSP
Institutional Life Support Program.
ILSP is the managed cohort pathway for facilities that need staff training delivered as an organized programme: scheduling, practical assessment, completion evidence, and a clear record of who finished what. It is independent from IERS and ICPD, and can be purchased on its own or combined with them.
Start with the problem
Choose the right institutional conversation before choosing a product.
Share a small amount of context and we will help scope ILSP, IERS, or ICPD. This is a conversation request, not a course enrolment or payment.
Tell us enough to route the conversation. We will help you choose between ILSP, IERS, and ICPD before discussing a detailed scope.
IERS at the centre
A working emergency-readiness system, not a certificate catalogue.
IERS connects the institution’s response model to the teams and evidence that make it real.
ResusGPS
The IERS bedside-guidance product for structured paediatric assessment, calculations, CPR timing, and reassessment prompts.
Care Signal
The IERS improvement layer for honest near-miss reporting, review, and corrective action.
Evidence and review
Track activation, response, training coverage, equipment fixes, drills, and open actions without unsupported outcome claims.
ICPD
Institutional Continuous Professional Development.
ICPD gives education, HR, nursing, medical, and quality teams one accountable record of professional-development activity: sessions, verified attendance, targets, certificates, and leadership reports. It measures learning activity; it does not prove emergency readiness.
